The Versys 650 is equipped with Kawasaki's advanced traction control system for the first time on the 2022 model, which can enhance sports riding performance and enhance rider's confidence. The system looks at various factors to obtain an accurate, real-time picture of the situation and takes action before the slippage is out of range to achieve optimal traction and rider confidence. Two modes allow the rider to adjust the system settings to suit the riding conditions and rider's preferences. In Mode 1 with the least interference, the system helps manage traction during the turn and promote acceleration when exiting the turn. Mode 2 allows early intervention and reduces engine output when excessive wheel slip is detected, so that the tires can obtain maximum grip. Riders can also choose to use a switch located on the handlebar to turn off the traction control system.

The new LED headlights add a modern and aggressive look to the front of the motorcycle, while the LED taillights give Versys a modern, sporty visual image.

Accompanying the redesigned upper fairing is a new windshield that provides better wind protection and increased rider comfort, making the Versys 650 a very capable travel companion. The high-torque twins provide powerful power in the low and medium range of the power band, while also pulling forcefully to the top of the speed range.

Exhaust has been adjusted to increase high-end RPM power, and matching ECU settings can optimize fuel economy. When combined with a large 5.5-gallon fuel tank, the 2022 Kawasaki Versys 650, which is fun to drive, can enjoy a longer time between refueling.

Adding to the versatility of the motorcycle is its tried-and-tested six-speed box-type gearbox, which can seamlessly switch between gears and enhance maneuverability.

Longer outer fork tubes help increase rigidity and provide the ultimate combination of light handling and ultimate comfort. At the rear, Showa shock absorbers allow the rider to quickly make preload adjustments via remotely mounted adjusters. This can compensate for the weight of the cargo or passengers, or adjust it to the rider’s preferences.

The linear action ABS braking system is standard equipment, which provides excellent performance and enhances the rider's confidence in adverse conditions. The dual 300mm petal rotor with two piston calipers at the front and a 220mm petal rotor with a single piston caliper at the rear provide sufficient braking force for the Versys 650, which provides better braking power than traditional brake discs. Cooling and warpage resistance. In fact, the same rotor design can be found on Kawasaki's Ninja® super sports machine.

Lightweight wheels help improve suspension performance, handling, acceleration, deceleration and initial cornering performance, and are equipped with Dunlop Sportmax D222 tires to achieve light handling and comfort.

In addition to all the features of Versys 650, Versys 650 LT is also equipped with hand guards to help protect the rider’s hands from weather and wind, as well as a 28-liter KQR™ hard saddle bag set with removable and installable The quick release function requires no tools and provides enough space to install the full helmet.
